Cancellation & Exchange Policy – Modest N Modern

At Modest N Modern, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation and Exchange policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number.

After Shipping

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • You may request an exchange after delivery (if applicable).

2. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only for the following reasons:

  • Wrong product received
  • Wrong size received
  • Damaged product delivered

Conditions for Exchange


  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Process

  1. Contact us via phone or email with your order number and issue.
  2. Our team will verify and approve the exchange request.
  3. Reverse pickup will be arranged (if available) or customer may need to ship the product back.
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.

3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Used or worn items
  • Products without tags
  • Custom-sized or altered products
  • Clearance / Sale items

4. Refunds

  • We currently offer exchange only, not refunds.
